Recipe: Chocolate oat cookies

Packed filled with nuts, seeds, oats and chocolate...perfect for kids lunchbox's, breastfeeding or packing kai for on the go!
This recipe makes between 15-18 cookies depending on the size you make them.

75 grams Butter
2 cups Oats
1/2 cup Almond Flour (Almonds blended into a flour)
1/4 cup Ground Flax Seed ( Ground your whole flaxseed)
1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips or chocolate of choice
Turn the oven on to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the butter in a microwave until melted.
Place the oats into a blender and blend into flour.
Place the butter, vanilla and brown sugar into a bowl and mix.
Place all the dry ingredients into the bowl and combine.
Using a Tbsp, pick up the dough and then roll into balls , place on a lined tray, flatten and cook for 10 minutes or until slightly golden.
Cool on a cooling rack and place in an airtight container.
